Mr. Soltys has over 24 years of insurance industry experience with the Small Business Insurance Agency, Inc. (SBIA). He has serviced brokers since 1987, and is one of the original employees of SBIA. Mr. Soltys was part of the team that grew the agency from its infancy to a National General Agency Leader recognized throughout the industry.

He is an Executive Committee member of Carroll Enterprises and currently manages and oversees a major subsidiary of the company that services over 20,000 insurance brokers and financial advisors. He also plays an instrumental role in managing and developing the Estate and Business Planning units of recent national acquisitions for SBIA.

In addition to fostering broker relationships, Mr. Soltys helped make SBIA the industry leader in technology. SBIA became the first to offer teleunderwriting, e-signatures, teleapplications, and dedicated support teams for individual carriers.

Mr. Soltys was appointed to the MetLife Advisory Council for Life Insurance and has held various Broker Advisory Council positions for major health insurance companies. He also has extensive experience in 401K, securities and employee benefits fields.

Mr. Soltys is a Certified Life Underwriter who holds NASD Series 7 and 24 securities licenses. He is a past president of the Worcester Chapter of the Certified Life Underwriters. Mr. Soltys is a graduate of Nichols College and earned a Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University's Graduate School of Business.
